One hard-working pizza delivery guy who walked half a mile in the snow for a $2 tip was well rewarded by a police officer.
Connor Stephanoff, an employee at Rock Star Pizza in Brownsburg, Indiana, braved treacherous conditions to ensure a customer received their order.

Footage shared by Avon Police Department Lieutenant Richard Craig showed Stephanoff trudging through snow-filled streets in a “very affluent” neighborhood.
Stephanoff initially drove toward the destination but was forced to stop when a school bus crash blocked the road.
Determined to complete the $40 pizza delivery, he set off on foot, dressed in sweatpants, a sweater, a beanie, and sneakers.
Lieutenant Craig, who was assisting drivers in the area, spotted Stephanoff and urged him to move from the snowy street to the sidewalk.
When asked about the tip he received for his effort, Stephanoff revealed: “Two dollars.” After checking the receipt again, he corrected himself: “Two dollars and fifteen cents.”
The revelation left Craig stunned. “Two dollars? Are you kidding me? Cold-blooded!” he exclaimed in the video. “This man walked through hell and high water to deliver a pizza.”
Craig praised Stephanoff’s work ethic, calling him “built different” in a caption accompanying the video.
“This young man did not allow [the blocked road] to discourage him. He didn’t call his manager to complain. He didn’t call the customer and tell them their $40 pizza order could not be delivered. Oh no. THIS MAN IS BUILT DIFFERENT.”
Moved by Stephanoff’s determination, Craig handed him $15 on the spot and later set up a GoFundMe page with a goal of raising $500.
By Saturday morning, the fundraiser had exceeded expectations, amassing over $25,000.

Rock Star Pizza expressed their admiration for Stephanoff in a Facebook post: “I think what makes this story resonate is that at one time or another, any of us who has worked in a customer service position, has been Connor. We’ve gone over & above what anyone could ever ask of us, and the effort wasn’t appreciated.”
The restaurant noted that employees were given the option to stay home during the storm if they felt unsafe. Stephanoff, however, chose to work.
“He’s a great kid who works hard, and we’re so happy to have him,” Rock Star Pizza said.
Stephanoff reflected on his experience with a positive outlook. “Any condition, anytime, anywhere. You will get your pizza,” he told WRTV.
