After dating quietly for years, Fox News hosts Sean Hannity, 62 and Ainsley Earhardt, 48, are finally engaged and all set to give love another chance. The proposal came from Hannity over Christmas at their home church and their families are overjoyed with the announcement that unveils a new chapter in the couple’s life.
“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” the couple told Fox News.
It’s a second marriage for Hannity while Earhardt will be walking down the aisle for the third time. Hannity married Jill Rhodes in 1993 and has two children, Patrick and Merri, with her. They divorced in 2019. Earhardt got married to Will Proctor in 2012 and has a daughter, Hayden, with him. They announced separation in 2018 and got divorced in 2019. She was also married to Kevin McKinney from 2005 to 2009.

How they met

The couple had been dating quietly for many years but it wasn’t before 2020 that a source in their inner circle confirmed about their secret affair. The rumour gained further momentum when during the Covid-19 pandemic, Earhardt hosted her Fox & Friends program from a studio in the basement of Hannity’s Long Island mansion.

How they connected

According to Hannity and Earhardt, they bonded over their shared religious beliefs, and described the church as “the perfect place” to propose, according to Fox News. They met with their minister shortly after the engagement.
In October 2019, Earhardt told ‘People’, she was ready to find love again and have more kids.
“I would love to find love again and I want to demonstrate a loving relationship for Hayden one day,” she said. “But I’m not sure when that will be. I know that God will put the right man in my life if that’s his will and he’ll do it in his time.”

Is the couple’s wedding at Mar-a-Lago?

The couple may get married at Mar-a-Lago, a luxury resort club located in Palm Beach, Florida, owned by US President-elect Donald Trump. Both of them have hosted Trump as a guest on their respective shows and have generously praised him during his first term and his 2024 bid. Hannity is also known to have advised him, calling and texting the then-president at the White House. According to reports, the Fox News host has even purchased a home in Palm Beach just a six-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago.
In the meanwhile, President-elect Donald Trump has extended his heartfelt wishes to the newly engaged couple. “Great news about Sean and Ainsley. They are officially engaged to be married.
